Formation Houses
What began with one seminary on the top of Pilar hillock, which nurtured all the phases of formation, from the minor seminary to the Theologate [except the Novitiate], has now diffused itself to nine houses of formation, four of which are outside Goa and five houses situated in Pilar. For the moment the Central Administration, in coordination with the Provincials takes the responsibility of looking after the formation of candidates to the Society. The candidates ascribe themselves to any of the four Provinces after their Novitiate, and maintain rapport with their Province all through their seminary formation.
